Dramatherapy is a creative psychotherapy that draws from theatre and drama. Alongside a safe space to talk about what might be difficult for you, we can also work through issues using creative, embodied and imaginative activities.
Dramatherapy uses the power of story to heal and transform. By engaging with the imagination, clients are able to access their inner resources and develop new ways of being in their lives.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is a psychotherapy approach that helps individuals process distressing memories and experiences, particularly those associated with trauma. It involves bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements or tapping, while focusing on traumatic memories, aiming to alleviate their emotional charge and promote healing.
I offer clinical supervision to qualified and trainee therapists, psychologists, social workers and other health professionals. Therapists and practitioners accessing clinical supervision do not need to be creative therapists, but we use creative supervisory models to explore the supervisory enquiry.
Through creative models, supervisees will gain new insight and reflections on their clinical work to provide effective and ethical psychotherapeutic interventions.
Enquire about individual or group supervision for you or your organisation.
Solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) is a conversation that is future-thinking; helping you visualise a detailed picture of what you want your future to look like in order to move forward.
